The intention of this regulation is to make all health workers aware of what must be done when things go wrong with your care and treatment, including:


▶️ informing you about the incident
▶️ providing you with reasonable support,
▶️ telling you the truth about what went wrong and how they will change things to stop this happening again.
▶️ tell you how sorry they are.
