1️⃣ What is Stress?

When in danger, the body produces stress chemicals. Which allows the brain to quickly sum up if the body needs to prepare itself to fight its way out of this dangerous situation. Or to ‘flight’/ flee from the danger.

2️⃣ The run away Response

The Flight response is also known as flee or run away. If the brain decides that you need to run away from the danger. Your stress chemicals cause your heart to beat faster and you breathe quicker. Because when the heart rate gets faster, you increase the oxygen flow to your major muscles. The more blood flowing to your muscle, the faster you are able to run away from the threat.
